A motorist was baffled when he spotted this DODGEM being casually driven on a public road. The fairground vehicle was captured on dash cam as it pulled up at a junction in Harlow, Bucks. Driven by a balding middle-aged man in a vest, it apparently then pulls out into the flow of traffic. The footage was recorded  at 6pm last Wednesday.
