The UK Labour leader said there would be ‘absolutely no deal with the SNP’ even if the election resulted in a hung parliament.
The MP for Hackney North and Stoke Newington had the whip withdrawn in April 2023.
“When I was first elected, I made a promise to stand by my constituents no matter what. In Islington North, we keep our promises.”
The former Labour leader will stand in Islington North, a seat he has held for 40 years.
Farage previously said he would not stand as a Reform UK candidate in the upcoming election but that he will ‘do my bit to help’ the party.
“Your party has let us down over the past 14 years. You’re going to lose, you’re going to lose terribly, and you’re going to deserve to lose.”
A report found ‘institutional defensiveness’ remained a problem.
Farage recently said that he has a “firm job offer” on the table related to Donald Trump’s US re-election campaign.
He said the conflict will not lead to security for Israel, or a free and secure Palestinian state.
