Companies to be forced to publish ethnicity pay gap

Theresa May has announced plans to make employers reveal their ethnicity pay gap. It is hope this will identify extent of discrimination, in the workplace, on race grounds and that this will change in the future. During yesterday’s PMQs Theresa May announced the Government had appointed a suicide prevention minister, the first time this role had been introduced in the UK.
