The prime minister’s former chief aide reignited his war of words with Number 10 in his latest pay-to-view blog post.
The PM's former aide said Sajid Javid's appointment as health secretary is "awful for the NHS".
“No procurement, no lawyers, no meetings, no delay please – just send immediately," he said.
