British pound risks crisis ‘usually seen in emerging markets’, analysts warn
Strategists from Bank of America said the British currency is facing an "existential crisis".
The UK is the first and so far only country to have left the EU and Brexit was and is the withdrawal of the United Kingdom (UK) from the European Union (EU) and the European Atomic Energy Community (EAEC or Euratom). The official withdrawal was at 23:00 31 January 2020 GMT (00:00 CET).
Strategists from Bank of America said the British currency is facing an "existential crisis".

He then blamed the aviation industry for any issues, when they have said the government have caused the problems.
"Objectively, the most reliable indicator of the irrefutable awfulness of Brexit is the abject desperation of the people still clinging to its carcass," wrote James O'Brien.
Scientists fear the government's stance on Northern Ireland is causing a Brexit backlash to research funding.
"I wonder why there are now so many traffic jams in Dover, it’s a real mystery..."
