Johnson ‘won’t resign even if fined by police’
The prime minister is planning a bigger reshuffle in the summer as he looks to shore up his position, reports suggest.
Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson is a British politician and writer serving as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party since July 2019. He was Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs 2016-2018 and Mayor of London 2008-2016. Johnson has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015 and was previously MP for Henley from 2001 to 2008. He has been described as adhering to the ideology of one-nation and national conservatism.

Labour said Spencer's appointment to a position overseeing parliamentary standards was "inappropriate".
Guto Harri said Johnson wished he had sent "the other letter" to the Telegraph on the eve of the referendum, urging Brits to back Remain.
Sir Lindsay said that Johnson's Savile slur had been "inappropriate".
"They were responding to your own deliberate and despicable lies. But you know this, ‘Big Dog’," wrote James O'Brien.
It comes after Boris Johnson reportedly told his allies that critics will need a tank division to oust him from Number 10.

His wife posted a photo of him passed out on the sofa after a day of drinking in front of the sport.
"Any politician choosing to weaponise online conspiracy theories against opponents knows fine well that they risk stirring up the kind of hate and abuse that Keir Starmer experienced today," Nicola Sturgeon said.
