Police investigating the Hatton Garden robbery have made another arrest - almost three years after the massive heist. Flying Squad detectives investigating the April 2015 raid have nicked a 57-year-old man. A crime scene investigator has been accused of sexual assaulting a victim while working for the police. Kevin Dowley, 61, will appear before Basildon Magistrates' Court on Thursday charged with two counts of sexual assault.
