According to eyewitnesses quoted the political rivals were seen having a “heated discussion” about the Prime Minister’s EMA remarks, allegedly resulting in Sir Keir being “led away” by ally and Labour whip Chris Matheson.
"The Tory party has absorbed Ukip and now Labour appears to be absorbing the Tory party," Clive Lewis said.
Tory MPs are expected to abstain on both votes on Monday evening.
