The PM's former aide said Sajid Javid's appointment as health secretary is "awful for the NHS".

All the times the health secretary could (and probably should) have resigned.

Matt Hancock’s resignation comes after several Tory MPs joined calls for him to quit.

He said he could not condone Hancock’s behaviour “in any shape”.

He accused the administration in Dublin of only advocating for the nationalist side of the community in Northern Ireland and ignoring the concerns unionists have over the imposition of Irish Sea trade barriers under the terms of the Brexit Withdrawal Agreement.

"When even Matt Hancock doesn’t play by the rules, it’s time to say #EnoughIsEnough," one person said.
