Three adorable puppies were dumped from a car just hours before Christmas. A dog walker spotted the animals being thrown from a "large" car in Borehamwood, Herts, at around 6pm on Saturday December 23. The dog walker was able to round up the puppies before they could run loose, as the driver of the car sped off.
