The prime minister's chief of staff has written to Rishi Sunak demanding changes to restrictions on bosses' pay.

"Brian Bilston is a truly fantastic poet in this modern dystopia," wrote one person after reading his poem.

"He paid an innkeeper, we paid the Rwandan authorities. Exactly the same", he said.

"Have you actually read the Bible? Jesus, an anti-racist activist shaman, who you would call 'woke', said some very important things that are incompatible with the Tory Party and its racist, money obsessed hard-right narratives."
