Hundreds of mass graves with 12,000 victims have been found in a former ISIS territory in Iraq. The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) published a report on the findings today, detailing evidence of the 202 mass graves they have uncovered.
