The poll delivered a decisive victory for the 'yes' camp, with more than 17 million people participating in it.
Lord Justice Lewis and Mr Justice Swift gave their decisions in a short hearing on Monday.
"People must be treated equally, they can’t be paid a pittance. Why must nurses fight for an extra pound or two?”, he said.
It comes as health workers prepare to walk out on strike this week.
The UK's split with the EU has worsened recruitment shortages while pushing up the price of some medicines.

Musk tweeted the 12-hour poll at 11.20pm on Sunday night, and judging by the tweets that followed - he's worried!
