The airport is launching the measure despite Downing Street insisting it is not regarded as an effective way to tackle the coronavirus pandemic.

Environmental groups claim the Court of Appeal’s ruling casts doubt over the Government’s road-building programme.
Councils affected by the expansion, environmental charities and London Mayor Sadiq Khan brought legal action over Government approval of the plans.
Despite some saying that there were doctors on-hand to screen passengers, it seems that many exited the plane without being tested.
The west London hub had hoped to open a third runway by the end of 2026, but said this had been pushed back to either 2028 or 2029.
The Labour candidate for the Uxbridge and South Ruislip constituency laid in front of a bulldozer in opposition to the Heathrow expansion.
