An e-fit image of a man wanted for flashing has been ridiculed on social media – with people likening it to an ALIEN.

The bizarre computer-generated image shows a man with no hair, brown eyes and light facial hair around his mouth.

However, colourful areas around the eyes and cheeks have sparked widespread ridicule.

The image has been likened to a Doctor Who alien, ET, or ex-Crystal Maze presenter Richard O’Brien.

Another comparison is Voldemort from the Harry Potter series.

Unfortunately for Lincolnshire Police, social media users are commenting on the conspicuous features of the e-fit rather than the crime he is wanted for.

This e-fit image of a man wanted for flashing has been ridiculed on social media – with people likening it to an ALIEN.

Phil Maddox said on Facebook: “Looks like an alien from Doctor Who.”

Alex Rhodes, alluding to Crystal Maze, said: “Suspect last seen in the Industrial Zone.”

Craig Davenport thought along the same, lines adding: “I thought Richard O’Brien was dead.

“Long live the Crystal Maze.”

Evie Atterby said: “Why does he look like an alien?

“If Lincs Police find him with this it’s a miracle.”

Scott Lomax said: “Oh dear, have they taken on someone during the school holidays to make this?”

One person said it looked like a green traffic light man and another advised the cops that they need to contact “Area 51”.

The image was posted by police officers in Bourne, Lincs., as part of an investigation into an alleged flasher.

The incident happened in the early hours of July 19 and police are appealing for any information.

In June, the force published an e-fit which was likened to He-Man – from the 1980s animated television series.

The force agreed the image “was unusual” but said it hoped it would help identify the suspect.
