Hundreds of pupils dressed in white tie and black tailcoats gathered outside Eton's main building for the protest.
Institutions have been told they cannot accept fees or donations from clients on the sanctions list or banks subject to an asset freeze.
"The identity and rural character of these communities will be permanently lost."
