Labour’s Dawn Butler asked for action to be taken as she raised her concerns at Home Office questions.

The 52-year-old said she has just undergone surgery.

Andy McDonald highlighted a viral video made by campaigner Peter Stefanovich on Sky News.

Ms Butler had said: “Poor people in our country have paid with their lives because the Prime Minister has spent the last 18 months misleading this House and the country over and over again. It’s dangerous to lie in a pandemic."

Peter Stefanovic said that Butler had "redefined honour, courage and integrity for a generation".

"A man shi*ting his underpants live on television, fabulous stuff," one Twitter user said.
