Glendon Spence, 23, was stabbed at the Marcus Lipton Youth Centre in Brixton, south London.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of the commission, preparation and instigation of an act of terrorism at Manchester’s Arndale Centre.
Police named the knife murder victim on Friday as schoolboy Baptista Adjei, from North Woolwich.

Jodie Little, 30, was previously jailed using special legislation that allows for Britons offending abroad to face justice in the UK.

Many of his victims were originally deemed overdoses, or attributed to accidental or undetermined causes.
