This hilarious photo shows a runaway COW spotted browsing the listings – at a local CINEMA.

Trudi Maitland, 42, was on her to work just after 8.30am today (Fri) when she noticed the small heifer on the loose.

It is unclear if it was looking at Dunkirk, Despicable Me 3 or Planet of the Apes which are all showing in the town as it gears up for the annual music festival.

But mother-of-three Trudi managed to snap a photo of the cow gazing intently at the posters outside the Studio Cinema in Coleford, Glos.

She said: “It was just pure amazement. I was thinking to myself, I wonder which one he fancies watching.”

After mooving down the High Street the cow wandered into the car park at the Forest of Dean District Council HQ where police kept watch and sent for the farmer.

Police spent around (how long) rounding up the bovine on the loose.

Town centre shoppers and staff spoke of their shock at seeing the young cow wandering around the middle of the market town on Friday morning.

Stephanie Marsden works in Mike’s Autos next to the cinema and actually walked past the cow without noticing.

This hilarious photo shows a runaway cow which caused udder chaos in a small market town after stopping off to browse the listings of a local CINEMA.

She said: “Somebody called me into a doorway at Tesco and said you’ve just walked past a black cow.

“People were standing around amazed. It’s not something you expect to see on Friday morning.”

A council employee said they were astonished as they walked their son to nursery and he pointed out the cow in the middle of the road.

“It was really, really random,” she said.

“The cars had stopped for it and it then went into the council car park.

“Somebody called the police who are with it now waiting for the farmer.”
