CCTV footage reveals the moment a gang of three men set fire to a Mercedes on a driveway as the owners slept. The masked attackers struck in Selly Wick Road, Selly Park, smashing a rear window before throwing a Molotov cocktail in.
A police spokesman said: “However the blaze could easily have caused more damage or resulted in serious injury as it was parked so close to the house.
“The three men in the CCTV have their faces covered, but officers believe someone may have seen them in the area, or may know who is responsible.”
The attack took place on 15th January 2017 at around 2.30am.
