Everyone will have certain desires and needs that makes them unique compared to the person next to them. We will wear different clothes, have varied likes and dislikes, have access to varied resources and money, etc. so it’s important that everyone can find what they need to match their tastes. When it comes to eating, we’ll never line up, as palettes and requirements are very contrary between people, so it’s important that you know where to find what you like. If you lead a gluten-free diet, it’s even tougher to find appropriate places to eat that will meet up with your necessitates, but luckily, there are plenty of great gluten-free eateries in London.

Manna Dew

Being unable to partake in gluten can often mean avoiding cakes and biscuits. What are a favourite snack for many, you have to disregard. This isn’t always the case though, as some providers can ensure you enjoy these foods, with Manna Dew being one of the best. They are the first 100% gluten-free patisserie in London and produce all the food they sell. You can get breakfast here, biscuit boxes and sandwiches and a large section of cakes, also providing many drinks. Head down to Battersea High Street and whether staying in ordering out, his is a fantastic place to have a snack.

Leggero

If you’re a fan of Italian then you should head down to Leggero. Found in Old Compton Street, you can experience the work of expert chefs as they prepare every Italian based dishe you like, all without any gluten. Starters and main courses are available, with small plates also an option. Ravioli, pasta and more are all there and all within your dietary needs. Open until 22:45, you can reserve a table, come as you please or order what you want with Deliveroo.

Lu-Ma Café

No matter what specifics may be required for our food, we all need to get what’s good for us. This may entail eating less tasty food, but this isn’t the case with Lu-Ma Café. Among the gluten free restaurants in London, it may be the best place for something healthy. Head on down to Worple Road and you can choose from a wide selection of breakfast meals, mains, wraps, sweet jackets, sides and snacks. Vegetarian and vegan meals are all open for order and you can be spoilt for choice. Salads, curry, noodles, platters, English breakfasts, pancakes, juice and smoothies are all here and all gluten-free.

Honest Burgers

The last restaurant to have a look at is Honest Burgers. Burgers are a popular food across the world, providing a filling and tasty option. Being gluten-free may mean skipping on this foodstuff but this restaurant has you covered. Ever since 2011, this Widegate Street based eatery has been giving people burgers that can’t be matched. With many toppings available for your burger and sides, sauces and drinks all being on the menu, you can have hearty meal without every worrying about your gluten requirements.
