OKJA PARTNER WITH GLASSHOUSE TO GIVE AWAY 100 SMOOTHIES & BEAUTY SUPPLEMENTS THIS INTERNATIONAL SELF CARE DAY
Okja, (pronounced “OAK-JAH” – or however you like) has teamed up with East London’s sustainable beauty pioneers Glasshouse Salon to give away 100 of Okja’s functional smoothies and 100 of Glasshouse’s Hair, Skin & Body beauty supplements to give us all a boost this International Self Care Day (24th June).
A place to grab and go, Okja recently launched a range of functional smoothies, which includes four stunning drinks, each focusing on different wellness benefits – whether it’s Glass Skin, Brain Food, Golden Hour or Gut Feeling.
On 24th July, Okja will be teaming up with Glasshouse Salon, to give away a smoothie and a bottle of Glasshouse’s premium Hair, Skin & Body Supplements, to the first 100 people to arrive at either Okja Liverpool Street or Okja Spitalfields (50 at each location), from 9am.
The giveaway is in aid of International Self Care Day, with both brands focusing on encouraging as many customers as possible to take some time for themselves and indulge in a little self care.
Glasshouse, based in London Fields, is a premium wellness salon focusing on beauty and wellness elevated in support of ourselves and the natural world. Their Hair, Skin and Body Supplements are a cult product, promoting both inner and outer wellness.
The giveaway package is worth a whopping £75, so run don’t walk down to either Okja Liverpool Street or Okja Spitalfields for 9am on 24th July to get in line and claim your wellness gifts.

KITCHEN AT HOLMES X HACKNEY GELATO CELEBRATE NATIONAL ICE CREAM DAY WITH 500 FREE SCOOPS
Cones at the ready! To celebrate Ice Cream Month and ahead of National Ice Cream Day (19th July), Marylebone restaurant, Kitchen at Holmes and Hackney Gelato will be giving away 500 free scoops of gelato on Friday 17th July from its summer gelato terrace.
From 12pm, guests can head to the Hackney Gelato trike on Kitchen at Holmes’ Baker Street terrace and claim a complimentary scoop of handcrafted gelato, with flavours including Clotted Cream & Strawberry, Pistachio, and Alphonso Mango Sorbetto.
For a more leisurely affair, the Kitchen at Holmes X Hackney Gelato terrace is open daily throughout the summer. Highlights on the menu include a gelato brioche sandwich, a show-stopping sundae created by Hackney Gelato’s co-founder Enrico Pavoncelli and Kitchen at Holmes Executive Chef Stefano Motto, and a DIY affogato experience with optional splashes of Amaretto, Frangelico or Baileys. A line-up of frozen cocktails completes the offering, including a Classic Sgroppino made with Hackney Gelato’s Sicilian Lemon.
The free scoop giveaway takes place on Friday 17th July from 12pm, once the 500 are gone, they’re gone so arrive early!
