If you’ve been hanging around on Kickstarter lately you might have come across a project called Sensory Percussion.
I won’t go into the details too much (the video speaks for itself) but this new technology enables drummers to easily control an unlimited array of electronic samples, synths and audio effects with any acoustic drum kit.

Featuring contributions from High Water, Earthen Sea, Vaghe Stelle and many others, it’s a bit of a trip.
