Hours after news emerged that people across the UK were being asked to pledge allegiance to King Charles on coronation day, Celtic fans in Hampden made their opposition known.

Tens of thousands of people have watched a clip of Celtic fans screaming ‘you can put your coronation up your arse’ during the Old Firm rivalry.

Jota’s first-half header gave Celtic a spirited 1-0 victory over Rangers at Hampden Park, advancing them to the Scottish Cup final against Inverness, where they have a chance to capture the domestic treble.
