Police were left stunned after pulling over a motorist who was driving along in his car with most of his windscreen shattered.
Traffic cops stopped the idiotic driver after he was caught travelling along with a smashed front window in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs., at 11pm on Wednesday (21/11).
The Central Motorway Police Group (CMPG) took to social media to share shocking pictures of the Volkswagen and said the driver “didn’t think it was too much of a problem.”
Tweeting from their @CMPG account, the force wrote: “This is unbelievable… we’ve just stopped this vehicle in @Policingstoke he didn’t think it was too much of a problem.
“Vehicle prohibited from being driven any further, driver reported. Nope still can’t believe it.”
Web users expressed their dismay on social media with Karen Canner writing: “Good grief, how did they see where they were going?”
Kaygoo5 put: “That’s shocking. Glad you stopped him. What caused it? I’d be looking into any hit and runs. Might have had another if you hadn’t stopped him”
Mark Payne added “You have got to be kidding!!” while wigan warrior said: “Have you sent them to an optician to get there eyes tested obviously they need glasses”
