Reform UK, the party that love to label themselves anti-establishment, received far and away the most in party donations last year.
Nigel Farage and his band of merry ex-Tories will often claim to be the ‘party of the people’, pledging to take down the so-called ‘uniparty’ and moaning about establishment campaigns against them.
But you need only look at the amount they received in party donations to realise that this could not be further from the truth.
In fact, there’s probably a good argument to make for Reform being the most establishment party in British politics.

Figures from the Electoral Commission show that last year, Reform received a staggering £22.8m in political party donations, a huge increase of 290%.
This total is more than what the Conservatives and Labour received combined over the course of 2025.
If these figures are anything to go by, Count Binface vs Nigel Farage in Clacton might be the biggest David vs Goliath battle in British political history.
Some of those to have helped Reform reach that massive donation total include crypto billionaire Christopher Harborne, who handed the party £12m in donations last year, Reform’s treasurer Nick Candy who gave £1m and Fiona Cottrell, the mother of convicted fraudster George Cottrell, who gave £250,000.
