My word, it gets worse. Following the absolute battering in last week’s Midterm Elections, Donald Trump has made the decision to shuffle his pack. After appointing the highly controversial Stephen Miller as his new Chief of Staff, the president then offered a job to Dana White – but that’s not the half of it.

Could Dana White be the next US Press Secretary?
The CEO of UFC is flying out to Washington DC on Monday to discuss taking the role of Press Secretary for the Trump Administration, following the disastrous six-day tenure of Katie Zacharia. Though the bar is very much through the floor, POTUS appears dead-set on bringing his man into the fold:
“I’m pleased to announce that Dana White, a violent fighter and warrior, has been offered the job of Press Secretary for the United States. We need him and his people to defend us against the lunatic left! Dana will be a Press Secretary like no other – please take the job.” | Donald Trump
The wrong Dana White? Trump may have got the wrong person…
Trump is no stranger to undermining the integrity of his office, and in isolation, giving a gig of this magnitude to a UFC-bro is another step into the unprecedented. But a prevailing theory has emerged this weekend – suggesting that he has made an offer to the WRONG Dana White.
That’s because there’s another Dana White who has been working within top political circles over the last decade. She previously served as the Pentagon’s chief spokesperson from 2017 to 2018, briefing the press and communicating policy positions during Trump’s first presidential term.
Another day, another scandal?
What’s more, the female Dana White has also been a publicist for Fox News, and was previously employed by the conservative Heritage Foundation. One would argue she’s a perfect candidate for the vacancy. But, surrounded by nothing but yes-people and sycophants, it’s likely no-one corrected Trump here.
The 80-year-old is now facing a two-year stint as a ‘lame duck president’, after the Democrats took control of both the House and the Senate on Tuesday. And, if this is a sign of things to come, it looks like the message voters have sent the Republican leader has already fallen on deaf ears.
