Londoners who wish to help the victims of the Grenfell Tower disaster can donate clothes, food, blankets and toiletries to one of three drop off centres in west London.

A call out has been put out to anyone in the area who is able to help after a fire ravished the Grenfell Tower in the early hours of the morning.

Met Police have reported “a number of fatalities” following the fire in North Kensington, and several hundred people have been left homeless.

The inferno engulfed the building on Latimer Road, W11 1TG.

People have been left with no clothes, food and homes.

A Go Fund Me page has been set up to support victims, and drop off points are listed below:

Journalism in Britain is under threat. The government is becoming increasingly authoritarian and our media is run by a handful of billionaires, most of whom reside overseas and all of them have strong political allegiances and financial motivations.

Our mission is to hold the powerful to account. It is vital that free media is allowed to exist to expose hypocrisy, corruption, wrongdoing and abuse of power. But we can't do it without you.

If you can afford to contribute a small donation to the site it will help us to continue our work in the best interests of the public. We only ask you to donate what you can afford, with an option to cancel your subscription at any point.
