Do you have things bugging you incredibly hard on a daily basis? Maybe your teeth are yellow or stained and you can’t seem to get rid of this problem. Or maybe you have really bad sleeping patterns that are destroying your productivity and making your life a mess.  Here, we will give you some really interesting “life hack” type tips for how you can make your health levels go off the charts. That might be a little bit of an exaggeration, as you would need professional solutions like the ones you can find on Topdoctors, especially if you have serious health issues. However, if you’re just looking to make your life a bit easier and more comfortable, not to mention healthier, see these really useful health related life hacks.

Fix how you sleep

If you’re having problems getting some shuteye, you should know that the solution is not guzzling down countless pills. They cause addiction and are not even always effective. Instead, you can use a simple life hack to restart your internal clock. Go on a fast for half a day and only eat the next day at about the time when you usually want to start waking up. When your body finally receives some love, it will think that you’re actually waking up from a long sleep. You’ll start waking up at that hour constantly, which allows you to manage your schedule and get your life together.

Eat healthier

If you’re looking for a break from your regular not so healthy meals, try eating cauliflower dipped in BBQ  sauce. You might be a bit confused or reluctant now, but give it a try and you’ll swear it’s a trick and you’re actually eating chicken nuggets or similar fast food. Even if you only do this once a week, it will be a meal where your health actually goes up. It’s a pretty impressive life hack.

Whiten teeth with baking soda

Baking soda is a very effective teeth whitening solution. You only need half a teaspoon for this to work. Take that halve teaspoon of baking soda and mix it with a strawberry (yes, a strawberry). Mix them up nicely into a paste-type solution and spread it across your teeth. Really rub it in there and let it do its magic. After 10 or 15 minutes you can take it off. Brush your teeth normally afterwards. The strawberry isn’t just so you get a pleasant flavor, but also because the strawberry contains an enzyme that directly deals with tooth stains.

Use your pet as an excuse

If you just can’t get yourself to go out for a run, take your pet along for the jog. If you won’t do it for you, do it for the little fellow. This will motivate you harder than you can imagine to get a thorough run in. Dogs need exercise just as much as people and you can take care of two bodies in one jog.
