Roast Restaurant has launched an ‘Ultimate Breakfast Burger’

Following the huge success of their much talked about ‘Ultimate Roast Burger’, Roast Restaurant has introduced a new ‘Ultimate Breakfast Burger’ to their menu.

Embracing consumers’ love of over the top hybrids, the ‘Ultimate Roast Burger’ encapsulated elements of the Borough Market restaurant’s renowned roast dinners, sandwiched between a chunky potato and focaccia bun. A similar creation is now available in breakfast form.

A hangover remedy like no other, Roast’s ‘Ultimate Breakfast Burger’ features a Bavarian smoked pork patty, crispy maple bacon, Portobello mushroom, tomato and pepper relish, and kale – all served in a toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel. The filling will also be crowned with a runny fried hens egg, for one final hit of indulgence. The restaurant’s unique Bloody Mary twists are also recommended to accompany the new breakfast burger.

Speaking to The London Economic, Stuart Cauldwell, Head Chef at Roast Restaurant, said:

With the ‘Ultimate Roast Burger’ being such a continual success, we wanted to create something just as indulgent for our customers to enjoy at breakfast time. Here at Roast, we understand that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so why not make it the most exciting too?

The flavours in our ‘Ultimate Breakfast Burger’ are a delicious blend of sweet and salty, putting a unique twist on elements of a traditional British breakfast.”

Roast Restaurant’s ‘Ultimate Breakfast Burger’ is available now, priced at £14.75. Further information can be found here.
