Sammy Screamer is a movement sensor that can be attached to pretty much anything to monitor if it moves alerting the owner via an alarm and app notification.
All good things come in small packages and this is no exception. The little screamer itself is so tactile and the colour just pops when you open the box.
The set up is amazingly easy even for a technophobe like me. Download an app and you are pretty much good to go.
Now you can hang little Sammy by the lanyard or it has a magnetic back, which is ideal if you are trying to restrict your fridge movements for example!!
I have a 3 year old who has recently discovered the joys of getting in and out his own bed. I used the device on his bedroom door and it worked a treat. As soon as the alarm sounded he was back into bed like he had a rocket up his bottom. I also tried it at work with my lunch in the communal fridge, let’s just say the secret sandwich stealer was suitably embarrassed.
It is a great little gadget, easy to use and I think it will earn its keep as is not only a baby device with a limited time frame, it should last us as long as we have things we want kept safe. The ease of the app and Bluetooth and being able to alter the sensitivity and volume just add to the pros of this gorgeous little item.
