Count Binface’s election campaign for the ages just hit new heights after he addressed the whole planet, but especially Clacton-on-Sea, ‘from the edge of space’.
The self-proclaimed intergalactic space warrior has been doing most of his door-knocking and canvassing from terrafirma since throwing his hat into the by-election ring, however, he’s just reminded everyone of his real origins.
As Nigel Farage continues to bumble on about the establishment without potentially even knowing that if he wins this by-election he could still be removed from his seat by the ongoing parliamentary investigation, Binface is exploring new frontiers.

While it might not be the final frontier of Sigma IX that Count Binface claims to hail from, the reaches of the upper atmosphere of Earth certainly offered a new angle on what was supposed to be local politics.
A video posted to Binface’s social media showed a rather sturdy looking rig attached to a weather balloon and lifted high up into the Earth’s atmosphere to a point where the blue glow of the Earth and its curvature were visible.
It is worth noting that weather balloons don’t actually go to space – just for the pedants out there.
The video of Count Binface’s address then started playing.
He said: “Hello planet Earth, hello humans. Count Binface here, intergalactic space warrior leader of the Recyclons from Sigma IX and part-time parliamentary candidate.
“Now, I know you have your differences, I know there’s a lot of big stuff going on. But, to all of you who are able, turn your gaze to an incredible part of your world, the beautiful constituency of Clacton.
“Because there, on Thursday 13th August, I will be standing for election to the British Houses of Parliament alongside 33 other hopefuls. And, for the first time, I have a chance to actually win.
“It might sound like it’s going to be the world’s worst comic-con, but actually, I think it’s amazing.
“British democracy means anyone can vote for whoever they want.
“And you can stand for election no matter what you believe or what you look like – I’m not naming names.
“Now, the UK might not get everything right but, when it comes to elections, nobody does it better – with the possible exception of Colombia where a recent election was won by an anthropomorphic white elephant – so it can be done.
“Vote for me, and not only will you see the greatest political victory in history, but the people of Clacton will get a local champion to make their voices heard like never before to help improve schools, hospitals businesses, arcade-grabber machines, pub toilet hand dryer locations and other things humans vote for.
“Join me, let’s take out the trash and make 13th August bin day! Make your votes count.”
That is certainly one of most interstellar political addresses we have ever seen…
