Earlier this week a former Conservative minister sensationally quit the party after losing faith in its “cavalier” and “self-obsessed” ways.
Since leaving office last September, Johnson has declared a similar income from speaking fees.
Lord Lexden wrote to the Daily Telegraph pointing out that Mr Johnson had been driven out of office through scandal and misconduct.
Sunak seemed to forget that the Conservatives have been in power for the last 12 years in the video - thankfully, Peter Stefanovic was on hand to put the record straight.
"The issues in Uxbridge and South Ruislip are also the key issues nationally – on the doorstep people say they feel poorer", he said.

The claims come on the back of reports that Boris Johnson joked about attending “the most unsocially distanced party” in the UK.
The comments have provoked fury on social media, with people pointing out that his "sneering attitude" probably contributed to their decision to strike.
