A man and a woman have been charged in connection with the death of a toddler.
Riley Siswick, three, was found unresponsive at his home address in Huddersfield, West Yorks on February 6, 2016.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Kyle Campbell, 26, of Huddersfield, West Yorks., has been charged with the murder of Riley Siswick, causing or allowing the death of a child and also two counts of ABH on another child who was aged 5 at the time.
Kayleigh Siswick, 26, of Huddersfield, West Yorks., has also been charged with causing or allowing the death of a child.
They will both appear at Leeds Magistrates court today.
