Things used to be different back in the day. House prices were affordable, you could get a pint for less than £3 and university courses didn’t require tens of thousands of pounds in funding.

But how cheap were things really? Well, Provident is challenging the nation to try and remember prices of the past! This includes the price of petrol in 2003, the cost of a London bus ticket, holidays, houses, food and drink, weddings, razors and all kinds of other things.
