The Weekly Cocktail Recipe – Hutong’s ‘Nuwang’

Just across the floor from the dining area of London’s Hutong, which specialises in delicious Sichuanese cooking, the restaurant’s bar offers a range of exciting cocktails available to enjoy as you gaze across London’s constantly growing skyline from the 33rd floor of The Shard. Featuring Snow Queen Vodka, Cucumber, Lychee and Chilli, we have the recipe for Hutong’s Nuwang cocktail. Why not head over to London Bridge this weekend, taste the original then attempt to replicate the drink at home?

Ingredients

50ml Snow Queen Vodka

1 slice Cucumber, muddled

A pinch of Chilli

15ml Lychee Liqueur

15ml Lychee juice

15ml Lime juice

20ml Sugar Syrup

Top with Soda

To Garnish

Edible Flower

Method

Shake and strain. Serve in a Jar and garnish with an edible flower.
