A brand that’s synonymous with Summer style, Hackett has teamed up with Beefeater 24 Gin to provide a limited-edition Cocktail Hamper that’s perfect for Picnic Season. Outdoor drinking is generally frowned upon, yet this classy contraption is too good to resist.

Featuring four highball glasses, a Hackett Picnic rug, four stirrers and four stylish napkins, not forgetting a container for ice and lemon slices which also doubles up as a portable Cocktail shaker with a built-in strainer, the Ultimate Summer Cocktail hamper is ideal for the budding, on-trend, home Mixologist or Cocktail enthusiast. Ingredients

50ml Beefeater 24

20ml Lemon Juice

25ml Green Tea, Ginger & Lemongrass Syrup

Chilled Green Tea top

Ice, cubed or hand cut

To Garnish 

Lemon twist

Lemon grass

Ginger slice

Method

1. Add all ingredients except the Green Tea to a Cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.

2. Strain into glass over ice and top with chilled Green Tea.

3. Add garnish.

The Arc Punch

Glass – Punch Bowl & Cups

Ingredients

3 parts Beefeater 24

3 parts Chilled Earl Grey Tea (ensure to not over brew)

2 parts Mumm Champagne

1 part Lillet Blanc

1 part Antica Formula

1 part Cassis

1 part Fresh Lemon Juice

1 part Gomme

Ice – cubed or hand cut block

To Garnish

Summer Berries

Citrus Slices

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients together in a large punch bowl with a large block of ice and gently stir.

2. Garnish.

Bottled Orchard

“The Bottled Orchard Cocktail really is a celebration of this time of year by using the classic British fruits Apples and Pears.” – Beefeater 24 Brand Ambassador Sebastian Hamilton-Mudge.

Glass – Bottle & Small Goblet

Ingredients – (per portion)

¼ Fresh Pear

40ml Apple juice

20ml Lemon juice

10ml Sugar syrup

Small Pinch of sea salt

100g Ice

Ice – cubed or hand chipped

To Garnish

Pear Slices

Serve with

Beefeater 24

Method

1. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth, pass through sieve and skim with fine strainer till smooth consistency with no foam.

2. Pour into a bottle and chill before serving.

3. Serve bottle on the side of glass filled with chipped ice, garnish and measure of Beefeater 24.

Kyoto Colada

Glass – Highball

Ingredients

50ml Beefeater 24

T-spoon Matcha T

30ml Pressed Pineapple Juice

10ml Fresh Lemon juice

50ml Coco Lopez

10ml Gomme

4 ice cubes

40ml Soda (in base of glass)

To Garnish

Matcha Dust

Method

1. Blend all ingredients together except for the Soda water.

2. Pour Soda into glass, and top with the mixture then dust with Matcha.
