Fox founded the Reclaim Party in October 2020 after he being ‘cancelled from a 21-year acting career’, according to the TV star.
The remarks made by actor-turned-politician Fox about political correspondent Ms Evans during an episode on September 26 received 8,867 complaints.
He also used a bizarre scenario to claim that there were contexts in which the phrase “I hate black people” was not racist.
The actor-turned-politician is taking legal action against Mukhtar Ali Yassin over four tweets sent during an exchange on X in May last year.

The actor-turned-politician was sued by former Stonewall trustee Simon Blake and drag artist Crystal over a row on Twitter, now known as X.
The incident beat Bridgerton star Adjoah Andoh’s remarks made during ITV’s coverage of the King’s coronation to the top spot.
Bridgen joined the actor’s party in May after being expelled from the Conservatives.
