Zoopla Property Group (ZPG) has launched a new service – Find a Pro – in partnership with Plentific. It gives you access to thousands of UK Property professionals and local tradesmen for home related projects and services.

The service lets you access a network of over 35,000 professionals nationwide, covering more than 50 home-related service categories including conveyancers, surveyors, mortgage brokers, architects, electricians, locksmiths, plumbers, gardeners, painters and more. To find out more about an individual property professional or tradesmen, the service tells you more about a provider’s business, including showing past projects, customer ratings and reviews, and associated memberships and accreditations that will give you a wealth of information on property professionals in your local area, making it easy to research suitable professionals for your property related projects.

Alex Chesterman, founder & Group ceo of ZPG says: “The new Find a Pro service makes it easier than ever for consumers to find relevant professionals or tradesmen for their property project. With over 35,000 professionals and tradesmen available via the Find a Pro feature, it will become an essential place for researching home improvement, maintenance and repair projects.”

Plentific launched as a portal with a difference. Zoopla powers their property search feature, and you can find a wealth of information about the homebuyer and homeowner experience via their blog and Academy, and access a range of financial calculators that help people, especially first-time buyers, figure out how much they can afford to buy.

Cem Savas and Emre Kazan, co-founders of Plentific say: “We’re delighted to be working with Zoopla Property Group and reaching out to Zoopla and PrimeLocation users with our Find a Pro service. This new feature will not only complete the online property search experience for home movers and homeowners, but also provide our comprehensive network of professionals and local tradesmen a higher number of quality leads.”

The service is free for property consumers and is available across Plentific.com, Zoopla and PrimeLocation. The additional feature on Zoopla now makes it a complete one-stop shop, from searching for properties to finding the professionals that can help you before, during and after your move.
