Zia Yusuf accidentally attacks Tory defectors to Reform with ‘dishonourable’ politicians tweet

Many pointed out to Yusuf he wasn't speaking very kindly of some of his colleagues.

Zia Yusuf launched a bizarre attack on politicians with ‘Right Honourable’ in their title, prompting many to point out he was having a go at a few of his Reform colleagues.

After a couple of weeks where Yusuf’s social media activity has come under fire – and resulted in a senior Reform member being suspended – Reform’s home affairs spokesperson has decided to carry on mouthing off online.

And has carried on making a fool of himself.

A recent example of this came on Tuesday, when Yusuf decided to hit out at politicians with ‘Right Honourable’ in their title.

He posted on X: “Have you noticed the people with ‘Right Honourable’ in their titles are among the most dishonourable people in the country?”

Well, this prompted plenty of people to point out to Yusuf that there are a fair few ‘Right Honourables’ working alongside him at Reform.

Reform politicians:
Right Honourable Robert Jenrick
Right Honourable Suella Braverman
Right Honourable Jake Berry
Right Honourable Nadine Dorries
Right Honourable David Jones
Right Honourable Nadhim Zahawi

You mean like the Right Honourable Suella Braverman and the Right Honourable Robert Jenrick? Yes I see what you mean.

Not hugely encouraging for the Right Honourable Suella Braverman MP and the Right Honourable Robert Jenrick MP.

Almost as if Yusuf is having a teensy bit of a breakdown, isn’t it…?

Wonder what the Rt. Hon. Robert Jenrick thinks of this… https://t.co/Xcc3JSpuwh

The Conservative Party got in on the act, jumping at the opportunity to stick the boot in on their former MP Robert Jenrick.

Most embarrassingly for Yusuf, it was pointed out to him that the late Ann Widdecombe also held the Rt Hon title.
