Reform MP Danny Kruger was laughed at by the audience on Question Time after making a laughable claim about the party’s crypto billionaire donations.
This week, Reform have faced questions and scrutiny after Christopher Harborne and Ben Delo, two billionaire crypto tycoons, both donated a record-breaking £36m to the party.
The eye-watering total of £72m in donations has prompted many to ask what the two billionaires will be expecting in return for their donations, whilst there are doubts over whether they will even be permissible under electoral law.
Of course, it just so happens that Reform is the most pro-crypto party in British politics and has already promised tax breaks for crypto investors if they get into power.
Reform argue the donations have only been made by the two previously overseas-based men because of their patriotism and love for the UK.

But it seems plenty of the public smell something fishy about the donations.
This week, Reform MP Danny Kruger appeared on Question Time where he was asked about the money.
At one moment, the East Wiltshire MP sparked laughter and incredulity from the rest of the panel and the audience when he claimed Delo and Harborne would get nothing in return for their donations.
He said: “I think that it’s an admirable thing that these two men – who will get nothing for it, no peerage, no policy. They’re not getting anything for it. There’s absolutely nothing in it for them.”
