GB News were on typical form as a presenter suggested it should be illegal for the UK to rejoin the European Union.
In recent days, there’s been plenty of chat and debate about whether or not Andy Burnham and Labour could seek to reverse Brexit in the coming years.
Senior Labour voices have previously called for the party to put a pledge to rejoin the EU on its next manifesto, and this is something Burnham refused to rule out when speaking to reporters this week.
Former PM Tony Blair also called on Burnham to make rejoining the EU part of his 10-year plan for Britain.

Polls continue to show that public opinion has completely shifted on Brexit whilst studies continue to find that leaving the EU has had a disastrous economic impact on the UK.
As countries like Canada are looking to forge closer ties with the EU as the world order continues to be torn up by Donald Trump and the British economy struggles to show much sign of growth, rejoining the EU is increasingly being seen as the silver bullet to a myriad of issues.
Of course, discussions about reversing Brexit instantly spark fury from Brexiteers who claim this would be undemocratic.
But GB News decided to go one step further this week by asking whether it should be made illegal.
On Wednesday, the channel invited on former Tory defence minister Sir Gerald Howarth and chair of the European Movement Mike Galsworthy.
Despite being on opposite ends of the Brexit debate, both agreed that it would be ridiculous to make rejoining the EU illegal.
But this didn’t stop GB News host Alex Armstrong going in to bat for the idea, suggesting that making it illegal for “50 years” would focus minds on making Brexit a success.
Again, both Howarth and Galsworthy gave this short shrift, with Galsworthy then delivering a particularly powerful argument for why we should be looking to rejoin the EU in the near future.
In a statement to the London Economic, Galsworthy urged people to carry on beating the drum for reversing Brexit.
He said: “Right when the Commonwealth and EU are getting it together without us, Rejoin is surging in polling, Burnham is considering Rejoin in his manifesto and conference season is on – we are absolutely bombarding MPs with this.
“Some MPs have 100 emails from us in their inbox in just one week. And we’re not relenting, we’re showing we can mobilise.”
