A young man has been charged with murder after another youngster was knifed to death in a quiet residential street.

Ayodeji Habeeb Azeez, 22, was repeatedly stabbed in broad daylight in another shocking act of violence in ‘Lawless London.’

Witnesses claim a group of up to five people approached him before somebody knifed him ‘multiple times’.

Despite their best efforts, paramedics could not save the victim – who was airlifted to hospital.

Chase Grey, 23, of South Norwood, south east London, was charged with murder and is set to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today.

He is one of four people arrested over the stabbing, including a 16-year-old girl, who has been bailed pending further enquiries.

A pair of men, aged 19 and 21, were arrested on suspicion of murder after the November 4 incident, but have been released under investigation.

Ayodeji was found in the street suffering stab injuries – he was pronounced dead at the scene.

A post-mortem examination which took place at Princess Royal Hospital Mortuary on Tuesday, 6 November gave his cause of death as multiple stab wounds.
