Hair transplant in Turkey and stem cells

Based on recent studies, Europe is the region in the world where men have more chances of becoming bald at some point in their lives. The UK is the fifth country in the world with the highest number of bald men, a total of 39,24 per cent. This usually explained by genetic inheritance, although age and hormonal changes can also have an impact on the loss of hair. Furthermore, we can safely say that the earlier the hair loss begins, the more severe the baldness will eventually be.

Fear not, there is no need to panic as there are some very smart solutions out there to either slow down this process or to complete reverse it that we will cover in this article. Assuming hair loss has only started, there are some medical treatments that can help alleviate it and slow it down. This would only have an effect as long as the hair root is not dead. However, the best and most efficient way of reversing this completely is to have a hair transplant, which is a relocation of hair from an area of greater density (in the back of the head) to another different area of hair loss, normally on the upper part of the head.

There are countries that have specialised in hair transplants and have become a world-renowned authority on this matter, which means costs are reduced due to a number of factors. This is the case of Turkey, which includes success cases such as that of Capilclinic and their FUE and MicroFue techniques. FUE stands for Follicular Unit Extraction, which means the individual extraction of follicles (1, 2, 3 or 4 strands of hair). MicroFue is the most advanced technique for capillary grafting, the results are more natural, undetectable, and offers lower postoperative pain and a rapid recovery.

Even if the aforementioned techniques might not come at a cheap price in the UK, the cost of a hair transplant in Turkey is almost six times cheaper than back home. The average hair transplant in Britain costs a whopping 10.800 GBP whereas this is reduced to 1.900 GBP in Turkey. The price is not the only benefit, taking into account that a treatment in the UK only includes personalised advice, pre-operative consultation and blood tests, whereas in Turkey you would also get many others, such as hotel accommodation, breakfast, private chauffeur, an English translator, post-operative care and an extensive warranty, just to name a few. This is a permanent solution that can change your life for the better. The operation lasts for about 7-8 hours and you could be back to normal life in just 2 or 3 days. Even if one session is more than enough for most patients, you could perform up to 4 sessions in case you want to add some more, just be aware that you would need to allow 9 months between operations. Your hair loss solution that won’t break the bank and just hours away from the UK.
