Chimichurri is an essential accompaniment to steak in Argentinian cooking, simply made by combining a selection of herbs and vinegar.

Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic
  • a Handfull Of Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Sherry vinegar
  • 1/4 Spanish Onion
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Ali Mojido

Instructions

  • Finely chop all ingredients and mix together.
