Renowned Miami chain BurgerFi has opened up its flagship UK location in Woburn Place, London.

Established in 2011, BurgerFi has quickly become one of the hottest burger chains on the planet with their “CEO Burger”, which contains a double Wagyu Beef and Briskit blend patty, homemade candied bacon-tomato jam, truffle aioli and aged Swiss cheese, raising eyebrows on both sides of the Atlantic.

Bringing the American breakfast to London, the “Breakfast All Day Burger” is also a hot pick consisting of a natural Angus burger, American cheese, bacon, maple syrup, a fried egg, a hash brown, grilled onions and ketchup.

For the best of both they also serve up a “Conflicted Burger” served up with a natural Angus patty and a veggie patty, American and white cheese, lettuce, tomato and their special BurgerFi sauce.

But it’s not just about the meat at BurgerFi, the “Vegefi Burger” which is a patty made from crispy quinoa and fresh cut veggie burger is stunning. The burger contains white cheddar, lettuce, tomato and BurgerFi sauce on a multigrain bun or enjoy “green style”.

The hand cut fries are served with a variety of toppings such as salt and vinegar, Parmesan and herb, chilli and cheese and Cajun, the perfect accompaniment to their juicy mouth watering burgers.

Partnering with leading “green” British chef, Arthur Potts Dawson to help with the UK expansion, this is more than just another burger joint from America. Operated by Ground Round Limited, the restaurant opening is led by son of Rolling Stones’ guitarist Ronnie Wood, Jamie Wood and hospitality veteran, Constantine Kulukundis of Chinawhite in Piccadilly.

Jamie Wood, Owner, said: “I walked into a BurgerFi on holiday in Miami and loved the way you could order a quinoa burger with a lettuce bun. I wanted to bring this back to the UK and enforce the organic and sustainable message at home.”
