“It’s coming home” jogger has another route planned if England reach the final

The football-mad nation continues to go above and beyond to back the Three Lions in the run-up to tomorrow’s England v Croatia semifinals – including a jogger who mapped out the famous ‘it’s coming home’ chant for his daily run.

Felix Gott took a shot at the seven-mile, hour-long jog after England beat Sweden 2-0 at the weekend logged on fitness app Strava.

The jogger ran along the residential streets of Dalston, north east London, circling its parks to spell out the o’s of the World Cup slogan on every England supporter’s lips to create a bird’s eye view of ‘it’s coming home.’

The marketing and communications manager, from London, burnt more than 1,000 calories in the name of football and tweeted the results of his run home.

Felix tweeted: “Hard run today. Hot, and kept getting distracted by all those gleaming jewels… #threelions #Eng #WorldCup #ItsComingHome #ukrunchat #runner.”
