The former prime minister launched a scathing attack on the Commons inquiry, comparing it to a ‘kangaroo court’.
He was speaking less than an hour before a deadline to hand over Boris Johnson’s papers and WhatsApp messages.
A spokesman for Boris Johnson said all the material requested by the Covid inquiry had been handed to the Cabinet Office and should be disclosed.
