These are the new “lifestyle-focused” rental properties in Wembley Park

120 new lifestyle-focused rental properties will soon to ready to lease at the Wembley Park development – and you’ll want to get your hands on them.

The park is set to become the largest single-site purpose built Build to Rent development on a single site anywhere in the UK with 5,000 new homes.

And now new lifestyle apartments are being launched with a red carpet perks package.

The 120 rental homes in the brand new Alto building at Wembley Park include two complimentary tickets to an SSE Arena, Wembley event of choice, a free meal at London Designer Outlet and an invitation to a celebrity Supper Club exclusively for Tipi residents, hosted by 2016 MasterChef duo Billy and Jack.

As if that wasn’t enough, all Tipi residents receive an array of benefits as standard, including no tenant fees, no inventory fees, a reduced deposit and all their utility bills and ultra-fast broadband are included in the rent.

Tipi’s new Alto building also comes complete with regular resident social events, gym, indoor and outdoor social spaces – including a shared state of the art kitchen, break out areas and lounge, and rooftop terrace with unbeatable 360 views over Wembley Stadium and London. All of this is set in Wembley Park – one of the biggest regeneration projects in Europe – located just 12 minutes from central London.

Tipi’s on-site concierge and residents team also means residents do not need to search out an absent landlord or managing agent and the 141 occupied Tipi homes already let, make for a unique community spirit.

Speaking about the launch of Tipi’s third building, Michael Allen, MD of Tipi commented: “We think renting in London should make everyday life as hassle-free as possible. Our red carpet renting experience, enviable perks package, combined with our location in Wembley Park – an area coming alive with activity and experiences – really sets Tipi’s homes apart from anything else in London.

“With an array of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as open spaces and two of London most iconic venues at your doorstep, there is something for everyone at Wembley Park. And if you need to get to central London, you can do in just 12 minutes.”
