Watch – Where Did Boris Get “Mutton-Headed Mugwump” Insult for Corbyn?

The Foreign Secretary said that voters should not feel sorry for the “mutton-headed old mugwump” as, he says, Mr Corbyn is a threat to the country and its security.

He went on GMB this morning to explain where he got the strange phrase from. He said: “I think it was in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.” So the General Election campaign is already a farce, and it is only likely to get worse.
